Do Students have the Right??

A notification is sent, with which all the Students of our class are asked to be present in the class at a given time. it seems that the staff wants to have a word with us.
At the stipulated time all the students gather and wonder why is it that the staff members want to talk to us? The staff members start trickling in.
A Prof (lets name him A) gets up to talk. he says " What ever is that you want to putforth in regards to the staff, now you can speak".
No one says anything. everyone is quite. we had asked for a change in a Prof for a particular subject. that was all the issue. but we were surprised as to why was it said that the staff wanted to meet us. and after that we are asked to put in our demands?
was it that the concerned Mr A did not understand what we have been trying to tell him? well he did show that he was concerned about the students. by "attending" a lecture of that particular Prof (lets name her B). he was convinced that she was not upto the mark.
on the particular day when Mr A and his immediate subordinate (lets name him C) attended the lecture B was well prepared for the lecture as she had time in her hand to prepare as she was told that A & C will be attending the lecture.
as like never before, she had a powerpoint presentation. but inspite of that she wasnt able to teach well. then Mr A says that "i have noted certain points, and will let B know and you will see the changes in her".
we were wondering what changes is the feedback going to bring about in her teaching?
as we had expected nothing changed. so we stopped attending B's lectures. and then happened the entire DRAMA of the staff wanting to meet us.
Even in this session, as fellow student got up to raise an issue about B, B gets up and starts howling at her and asks ther student for her rollno etc. as though it were a personal vendetta.
at the end with some teachers saying a few things and a few students saying a few things the sessions ends with the students being asked to give there feedback.
the students decide and give a common feedback. out of the 5 Profs teaching 2 were very good at there job and the rest absolutely horrible. we gave the true feedback.
when the time came for the staff to answer the feedback, very conviniently certain points were left out. and the some points were harped about. and all the staff members repeating those points over and over again.
with all ther drama over B was replaced.
around the exam time, a certain student had gone to the Prof is good at her work with some doubts. lets name thios Prof D. she says that "how could you guys says the things that you had written in the feedback? you will also give such a feedback about me"
now do the teachers think that we have lost it completely? if the students are complaining in the third semester, with total cooperation in the first 2 semesters, isnt it time for retrospection by the staff?
